Senior CAPEX, Projects, Cost & Contracts Expert

We are looking for a Senior CAPEX, Projects, Cost & Contracts Expert with extensive experience in managing major water and wastewater projects from the owner or utility side, with a strong understanding of both engineering and commercial aspects.

The ideal candidate should have senior-level experience across the full project lifecycle, including CAPEX planning, cost estimation, tendering, contracts, project controls, construction, commissioning and final accounts, with the ability to assess project costs and identify where value was protected or lost.
