Senior Utility Planning, Commercial & Performance Expert

We are seeking a senior water and wastewater utility professional with strong experience in strategic planning, CAPEX and OPEX planning, commercial assessment, investment appraisal, and performance management.
The role requires the ability to evaluate investment needs, challenge business cases, assess costs and benefits, monitor utility performance, and translate technical and operational information into practical management recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Develop utility strategic & investment plans
- Review CAPEX & OPEX plans and budgets
- Assess business cases & lifecycle costs
- Evaluate investment priorities & alternatives
- Review service costs & commercial performance
- Monitor KPIs & utility performance
- Benchmark costs & operating performance
Must Have
- Senior water & wastewater experience
- Strategic & investment planning expertise
- CAPEX & OPEX planning experience
- Strong commercial & financial understanding
