MEP Maintenance Manager

The MEP Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within a facility.

 The role ensures that all MEP equipment is maintained effectively to achieve reliability, safety, and compliance with contractual and quality requirements, while leading maintenance teams and coordinating contractors. 


Responsibilities

  • Manage maintenance operations
  • Supervise repair teams
  • Ensure equipment reliability
  • Control maintenance costs

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 12 years of experience / At least
  • 3 years experience in facilities management minimum
