These terms and conditions are established to protect the rights of both Al-Anzima Engineering Group and its clients. These terms and conditions govern the obligations and rights as follows:
1. Description of Services:
1.1 Assist in providing all required logistics services for clients.
1.2 Assist in company establishment procedures, license issuance, and aid in government transactions.
1.3 Specify the requirements of various entities for the services required by them, ensuring the client has the necessary requirements for their service.
1.4 The services provided to the client remain in effect as long as the corresponding commitment is fulfilled. The company does not bear any responsibility for changes in requirements and conditions from those entities mentioned earlier, nor does it bear any responsibility for delays in execution or changes in the agreed-upon conditions due to circumstances beyond its control.
1.5 We have the right to communicate with clients to assess their satisfaction with the provided services and obtain any feedback from them.
2. Pricing:
2.1 The prices offered for the provided services are exclusive to us and specified in Kuwaiti Dinars only.
2.2 The specified prices are subject to adjustment according to the value of the service at the time of request.
2.3 The agreed-upon prices do not include government fees or charges required by the service-providing entity.
2.4 The client may pay for the services online, by K-Net, or in cash to the designated staff, with the requirement of obtaining a receipt indicating the payment.
2.5 Amounts paid by the client are non-refundable or returnable for any reason once the service has commenced, even if completion has not been achieved.
3. Client Obligations:
3.1 Settle the due amounts for the service before commencing its execution.
3.2 Provide all necessary documents and requirements required by the entities demanding the services in a timely manner.
3.3 Act as an agent to complete the required transactions and liaise with government and non-governmental entities as needed.
3.4 Some transactions may require the client's personal presence at the specified appointment time, and it is the client's responsibility to attend personally.
4. Contact Information:
4.1 In case of any complaints, they should be directed either by phone or sent to the specified email address on the website.
4.2 To assist us in resolving any complaints promptly and to your satisfaction, we recommend submitting the complaint on the same day specified by you on the date of the transaction, request, or occurrence of the issue.
5. Disclaimer:
5.1 While we make every effort to ensure the complete provision of contracted services and commitments without any errors, we do not guarantee performance in case of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for such reasons.
5.2 The client is responsible for any failure to execute their required services resulting from any neglect on their part.
5.3 Official holidays or vacations are not counted within the required service days.
6. General:
6.1 We reserve the right to complete or modify the terms and conditions, which you are allowed to review from time to time. Any changes will be displayed on the website, and it is your responsibility as a client to review the terms and conditions each time you use the website to benefit from the services. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted, and all subsequent transactions between you and us will be based on the new terms and conditions.
6.2. Data Usage: We use the data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these terms and conditions, as outlined herein.
6.3. Execution of Services and Operations: The execution of services and any operations is subject to your agreement to all the terms and conditions herein.
6.4. Integrity of Terms and Conditions: The mentioned terms and conditions collectively constitute an integral part, and no part of them can be considered separately. In case of a breach of any clause, we reserve the right to take legal action necessary to protect our interests at a time we deem appropriate.
6.5. Jurisdiction and Applicability: All transactions are considered to have occurred in the State of Kuwait. These terms and conditions and transactions are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.
