We are seeking a Senior Utility Technical, Operations & Asset Management Expert with strong hands-on experience in water and wastewater utility operations, maintenance, and asset management.
The role covers water and wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, utility networks, asset condition and lifecycle planning, operational performance, NRW, reliability, and CAPEX requirements.
The ideal candidate will have held a senior utility leadership role and be capable of independently assessing assets, maintenance practices, operational performance, and investment needs.
Responsibilities
- Review utility assets and operations
- Assess O&M and asset reliability
- Evaluate asset condition & lifecycle
- Review KPIs and operational performance
- Identify CAPEX requirements
- Review contractors & commissioning
Must Have
- Engineering degree
- Senior water/wastewater experience
- O&M and asset management expertise
- Treatment plants & networks experience
- CAPEX & lifecycle planning experience
- Strong analytical skills
