Service Description:

1.1 Assistance in providing all required hospitality services for clients.

1.2 The service includes a variety of hot and cold beverages.

1.3 Providing deep cleaning service once a week or as per the client's request.

1.4 Welcoming and receiving clients' guests.

1.5 Receiving and answering all incoming calls, then forwarding them to the clients.

1.6 Coordinating with clients to schedule their meetings and appointments, rescheduling them as needed, and notifying them of these meetings and appointments well in advance.

1.7 Receiving and accepting postal parcels and any correspondences related to clients after ensuring their acceptance.

1.8 Making travel arrangements, booking airline tickets according to clients' requirements, and canceling and rescheduling them upon request.

1.9 Printing in Arabic and English, providing ten free pages monthly.

1.10 Providing a dedicated IP phone line.

1.11 The services provided to the client remain in effect as long as they fulfill their corresponding commitments. The company is not responsible for any circumstances beyond its control.

1.12 We have the right to communicate with clients to assess their satisfaction with the provided services and gather any feedback.

Pricing:

2.1 The prices displayed for the provided services are exclusive to us and are specified in Kuwaiti Dinars only.

2.2 The specified prices are subject to adjustment based on the value of the service at the time of request.

2.3 The client may settle the service fees online, through K-Net, or in cash to the designated employee, with the necessity of obtaining a receipt confirming the payment.

2.4 Amounts paid by the client are non-refundable or returnable in cash for any reason once the execution of the requested service has commenced, even if the execution is not complete.

Client Obligations:

3.1 Settling the due amounts for the service before its commencement.

3.2 The necessity of prior coordination regarding the requested service.

3.3 For services such as travel ticket reservations or cancellations, scheduling appointments and meetings, the client must provide the required information in this regard in a timely manner.

3.4 Some transactions require information from the client itself, and thus, it is the client's responsibility to provide it within the necessary timeframe.

Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances, events beyond our control, or issues related to the client. Consequently, we are absolved of our obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of such occurrences.

5.2 The client bears responsibility for the non-execution of their requested services due to any breach on their part.

5.3 Services are not available on official holidays or public holidays.

General:

6.1 We reserve the right to complete or modify the terms and conditions, which you are permitted to review from time to time. Any changes will be displayed on the website, and it is the client's responsibility to review the terms and conditions each time they use the website to benefit from the services. Changes will take effect immediately after being posted, and all subsequent transactions between you and us will be based on the new terms and conditions.

6.2 We use the data received from you for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under these terms and conditions as outlined herein.

6.3 The execution of services and any transactions is subject to your acceptance of all the terms and conditions herein.

6.4 The above-mentioned terms and conditions collectively constitute an integral part, and no part of them can be taken separately. In the event of a breach of any provision, we reserve the right to take necessary legal actions to protect our interests at the time we deem appropriate.

6.5 All transactions are considered to have taken place in the State of Kuwait, and these terms and conditions and transactions are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait. The parties agree to submit fully to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Kuwait.
