Accountant

Job Brief 


  • We are seeking Arab Nationals, with a preference for Omani Nationals, who have 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team.


Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage the payroll process, including processing payroll, verifying payroll data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management.
    • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
    • Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and maintain comprehensive employee payroll records.
    • Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
    • Provide support for audits related to payroll and benefits.
    • Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.



Required Documents

  • Qualifications:
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Awareness / Experince of VAT and tax regulations in Oman.
