We are seeking Arab Nationals, with a preference for Omani Nationals, who have 2-3 years of experience to join our finance team.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the payroll process, including processing payroll, verifying payroll data, and ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data and maintain comprehensive employee payroll records.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide support for audits related to payroll and benefits.
- Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed.
Required Documents
- Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Awareness / Experince of VAT and tax regulations in Oman.
